This feature offers an excellent opportunity not only to serve your internal agency clients but also to resell Zappychat to other agencies, creating a scalable business model. Here's how it works:

Key Capabilities of the White Label Feature

1. Custom Branding:

   • You can replace Zappychat’s branding with your own agency's design, which includes:

     • Logo: Upload your agency’s logo to display on the platform.

     • Custom Domain: Use your own custom domain, ensuring that clients never see Zappychat’s branding.

     • Background and Color Scheme: Adjust the platform to align with your agency's look and feel.

       

2. User Management:

   • In Zappychat’s White Label environment, you can manage two main types of accounts: users and customers.
   • Users: These are individuals within your own agency or team, who can:
     • Create bots: Users have full access to create and manage bots within the platform.
     • Manage assigned locations: Users are assigned to specific locations within your system, allowing them to manage those specific locations or subaccounts.
   • Customers (Resold Agencies):
     • Reselling Opportunities: As part of the White Label setup, you can resell Zappychat to other agency owners. These agency customers can integrate their own GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts and then use the platform to serve their clients.
     • Agency-level Independence: Each customer you onboard will have their own Zappychat instance, completely independent from your other clients. Their app dashboard will start as empty upon access, and they must integrate their own GHL agency into the system.
     • Customer Control: These agencies (your customers) can manage their own users. This means:
       • They can create their own team members as users within their instance of Zappychat.
       • These users will have access to the bots that are tied to their specific GHL integration.

   

3. Segregated Access:

   • Each customer's data and settings are siloed from one another, ensuring privacy and independence across accounts. One customer cannot see or access another customer’s bots, Locations or integrations.
   • For example, if you have five customers, each customer’s app dashboard will only display their own GHL integration, locations and bots. Each customer’s users can only access what their respective customer has integrated.

4. Resell to Agencies:

   • The White Label feature enables you to resell Zappychat not only to clients within your own agency but also to other agencies. These agencies (your customers) can:
     • Integrate their own GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts with Zappychat.
     • Manage their own bots, workflows, and users within their GHL system.
     • Provide access to their own team members, who can in turn manage bots and locations.

How It Works:

• Agency Dashboard: When a new agency (your customer) gains access to Zappychat, their dashboard will initially be empty. They need to integrate their own GoHighLevel (GHL) account before they can begin creating bots or workflows.
• User Creation: Once integrated, your customer can create users within their system to manage bots and locations specific to their agency's clients.
• Multi-level Reselling: The platform is scalable, allowing you to resell Zappychat under your White Label to multiple agencies, and these agencies can manage their own teams and users independently.
