Dear Valued User,
We’re excited to share updates to our AI system designed to enhance functionality, flexibility, and adaptability. As an existing user, your current automation system will remain fully supported, but we’ve introduced significant improvements to our AI algorithm and bot options to better suit your evolving needs.
This guide outlines:
- Differences between the old and new codebase.
- Key updates in our AI algorithm.
- Two new bot configuration options.
- Detailed examples to help you integrate and test the new features.
1. Understanding the Differences: Old vs. New Codebase
The old codebase served as the backbone of our automation system, relying on workflows (e.g., Workflow 2 and Workflow 3) to handle AI responses and appointment confirmations. While effective, it had some limitations in flexibility and conversational flow.
The new codebase introduces an optimized AI algorithm that enhances:
- Time Slot Offerings: Dynamic and conversational responses tailored to your preferences (e.g., offering all available times vs. limiting options to 2 slots).
- Booking Reliability: A fallback mechanism ensures appointments are booked without errors.
- Natural Conversation Flow: AI can confirm appointments and send messages directly, bypassing Workflow 2, if enabled.
2. Maintaining Compatibility with Current Automation
You can continue using your existing automation system while implementing the new AI algorithm. The updates ensure:
- Workflow 2 “AI.02 Robot Response to Contact” and Workflow 3 “AI.03 Stop Robot + Appointment Confirmation and Reminder” remain functional if you choose to keep them active.
