💡 Priority List
</aside>
- Opportunities showing correct calculations for materials, labor, and commissions
- Calendar syncing 2-ways. Interface and function bug-free.
- Find nearby appointment functionality bugless
- Estimates
- with API endpoints to have estimates created and automatically assigned to opportunities through API.
- Drag and drop estimate creator with blocks for line items, contract terms, logo, images, and other elements. Ability to upload full pdf pages and use them in the template.
- Save templates for easy recreation
- Set a default template for quick estimate generation
- Track link clicks like trigger links to reveal opened estimates
- Status: draft, sent, viewed, accepted/changes requested, invoiced, Lost.
- Set payment terms for deposits and progress payments. Deposits would be transferred to any invoices generated from the estimate but can be accepted as part of the acceptance process of an estimate.
- Set projected profitability and show estimated profits on the associated opportunity.
- Invoices
- Ability to collect partial payments toward the invoice. Online (card charges) and offline collection of funds (check, cash, bitcoin, Venmo, cash app, Zelle)
- Trigger link tracking for displaying status’s. Same as estimates.
- Same builder for invoices with ability to save templates and set a default (which would be used for all estimates converted into invoices). We need a default set automatically designed and the user can choose to make their own and appoint their own default later. The system should come with a default though.
- Automatic image handling - Linked to GHL API to handle all inbound messages from system users only (at first)
- If a user texts the company an image, it should distinguish if it’s a receipt, or a deposit and use Ai to determine what job to assign it to and intelligently speak to the user until the match is found and automatically parse the information for the receipt or deposit slip to the opportunity either as a payment toward a specific invoice or an expense to a specific opportunity.
