🚀 Sales Machine - Payment Plan Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the customer {{contact.name}} (“Client”) and Conversion Marketing Pros (“Provider”) regarding enrollment in the LaunchPad Pro Plan.

1. Services Provided

Provider agrees to deliver the LaunchPad Pro Plan, which includes a complete Sales Machine system with high-converting sales funnel, automated sales pipeline, conversations hub, technical integrations, custom calendar setup, invoicing features, design assets, and other proprietary tools designed to enhance Client's business operations.

2. Term - 12 Months

This Agreement commences on the date of execution and remains in effect for eighteen (12) months (“Term”), structured as follows:

• Initial down payment followed by a 12-month inflated payment schedule.

3. Payment Terms

Client agrees to the following structured payment plan:

• Down Payment: An initial, non-refundable down payment of $1,800 is due upon signing this Agreement.
  • Months 1–6: Twelve monthly installments of $600 each which covers the buildout fee plus the monthly subscription rate together.

After the initial 12-month term, Client must contact Provider to adjust their monthly payment rate. If no contact is made, the current rate will be converted to an annual total and adjusted according to the total yearly obligation. Clients may select a monthly subscription based on their user requirements:

• 1 User: $97/month
• 2–5 Users: $197/month
• 6+ Users: Maintain current rate of $297/month

Payments are due as specified above and are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable due to the immediate access granted to our proprietary platform, tools, and intellectual property upon signing. This includes both the initial down payment and all monthly installments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property ("IP") provided by Provider remains the exclusive property of Provider. Client is granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the IP solely for their business operations during the Term. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of the IP is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
