SALES MACHINE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

• Conversations Hub (Market Value $97-$197/month)
• Technical Integration (Market Value $1000)
• Sophisticated Custom Calendar Setup (Market Value $500)
• Invoicing and Contract Signing Features
• Design Assets (Market Value $3500)

2. PRICING AND TERMS

The Client agrees to pay:

• One-time build-out fee: $5000
• Monthly subscription based on team size (required for ongoing maintenance, server costs, and system improvements) - due immediately upon purchase and paid upfront for the following month's usage:
  • 1 member: $97/month
  • 2-5 members: $197/month
  • 6+ members: $297/month

<aside> All intellectual property, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, workflows, and system architecture remains the exclusive property of the Provider. In the event of subscription termination or non-payment, Client access to the system and all associated assets will be suspended immediately. No system components, assets, or proprietary information will be released to the Client.

3. IMPLEMENTATION TIMELINE

The project will be completed according to the following timeline, with each phase requiring active participation and approval from the Client. To maintain projected timelines, Client must respond to all communications, requests for feedback, and approval requirements within 24 business hours. Delays in Client response will result in corresponding timeline extensions. Project completion may be expedited based on Client responsiveness and timely feedback. Timeline begins upon receipt of the initial onboarding form:
