ZappyChat's user management system allows administrators to control access levels by assigning users to specific GoHighLevel (GHL) locations and restricting bot visibility accordingly. This granular control ensures that users interact only with the data and bots relevant to their roles, enhancing both efficiency and security within your organization.

Creating Users and Assigning Locations

Properly setting up user accounts is the first step in managing access within ZappyChat. Follow the steps below to create new users and assign them to appropriate locations.

Steps to Create a New User:

1. Log In: Access your ZappyChat account using administrative credentials.
2. Navigate to Manage Users:
   • From the main dashboard, click on the "Manage Users" section.
3. Add a New User:
   • Click on the "+ Add New User" button.
4. Enter User Details:
   • Email: Input the user's email address.
   • Password: Set a secure password for the user.
5. Assign Locations:
   • Scroll down to the "Assigned Locations" section.
   • Click on "Select Locations" and choose the GHL locations that the user should have access to.
6. Save User Profile:
   • After entering all necessary information, click "Save" to create the user account.

Important Notes:

• No Assigned Locations:
  • If you do not assign any locations to a user, they will have access to all locations and all bots by default.

• Assigned Specific Locations:
  • When you assign one or more locations to a user, their access becomes restricted to those specific locations.
