This contract is entered into on {{right_now.middle_endian_date}} between {{location.name}} ("Provider") and {{contact.name}} ("Client").

1. SERVICES

The Provider agrees to deliver a complete Sales Machine system including:

  2. Integration and hosting of your domain. Send it and forget it. We will ensure your domain stays compliant and manage it's health.
  3. Integrated domain-based email integrated directly into your system.

  5. Custom-Built Sales Pipeline for tracking.
  6. Integration of all your lead sources into your lead machine system.
  7. Fully customized and branded calendar system for any meeting types you may have.
  8. Mobile App to easily manage your business on-the-go.
  9. Unlimited contact limit.
  10. Integration and access to HYROS-level tracking system for all your paid-ads efforts. This is $500/month+ without access to our agency discount. This the the real secret sauce behind the big brands that win with paid ads.

2. PRICING AND TERMS

The Client agrees to pay:

All intellectual property, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, workflows, and system architecture remains the exclusive property of the Provider. In the event of subscription termination or non-payment, Client access to the system and all associated assets will be suspended immediately. No system components, assets, or proprietary information will be released to the Client. Domains purchased by the client and transferred into the Providers account will be returned upon termination without linkage to assets provided by the Provider. Domains purchased on behalf of the client through the Provider will remain the property of the Provider.

3. IMPLEMENTATION TIMELINE

The project will be completed according to the following timeline, with each phase requiring active participation and approval from the Client. To maintain projected timelines, Client must respond to all communications, requests for feedback, and approval requirements within 24 business hours. Delays in Client response will result in corresponding timeline extensions. Project completion may be expedited based on Client responsiveness and timely feedback.
