Importing the ZappyChat Snapshot into your GoHighLevel (GHL) account is an important step to set up advanced automation and AI-driven features. This guide will walk you through the process to ensure a smooth and successful integration.

Step 1: Access the ZappyChat Member Area

To begin, you'll need access to the ZappyChat Member Area, where you can find all the resources, including Snapshot links.

• Visit the Member Area: Go to https://members.ZappyChat.com/library-v2.

• Find the Snapshot Links: In the Member Area, you’ll find help and setup videos, along with the Snapshot links. ZappyChat offers two different Snapshots:

  1. Super Charged Speed to Lead Snapshot: This Snapshot is available to all ZappyChat users and provides essential features for automating lead engagement and follow-ups.

     

  2. Self Selling AI Snapshot: This Snapshot is designed for those who want to resell ZappyChat services. It comes with additional features but requires an extra cost, so not all users will have access to it.

     

  Depending on your needs and subscription, you can choose to import either Snapshot.

Step 2: Prepare Your GoHighLevel Account

Before importing the Snapshot, ensure you’re logged into your GoHighLevel account via the non-Whitelabel link and that you have the necessary permissions.

• Log in to GHL: Use the non-Whitelabel link: https://app.gohighlevel.com/.
• Verify Agency Access: You must have full agency access in GHL to import the Snapshot.

Step 3: Import the Snapshot

With the Snapshot link ready, follow these steps to import it into your GHL account:

1. Click the Snapshot Link:

   • After ensuring you’re logged in to GHL, click on the Snapshot link you obtained from the Member Area.

2. Import the Snapshot:

   • A page will open in GHL where you’ll see a green button labeled "Import Snapshot."
   • Click the "Import Snapshot" button to begin the import process.

   The Snapshot will start importing into your GHL account, and this may take a few minutes depending on the size of the Snapshot and the speed of your connection.

   

Step 4: Load the Snapshot into a Subaccount

Once the Snapshot is imported, you need to load it into the specific subaccount where you want to use it.

1. Go to Subaccounts:
   • In the GHL agency view, navigate to the Subaccounts section.
2. Select the Subaccount:
   • Search for and select the subaccount where you want to load the Snapshot.
   • Click on the three dots in the lower right corner of the subaccount entry.
3. Manage the Client:
   • Click on "Manage Client" from the dropdown menu that appears.
   • In the client management view, click the blue "Action" button.
