Overview

Workflow 3 handles appointment confirmations. You can adjust it based on whether you want the AI to confirm appointments dynamically or continue using the fixed confirmation messages.

Editing Workflow 3

1. Decide Your Preference:
   • Option 1: If you want the AI to confirm appointments dynamically, delete the If/Else Condition in Workflow 3 responsible for sending the confirmation message.
   • Option 2: If you prefer fixed confirmation messages, no changes are needed—keep Workflow 3 as is.
2. To Edit Workflow 3 for Dynamic Confirmation:
   • Open Workflow 3 in GoHighLevel (GHL).
   • Locate the If/Else Condition responsible for sending the fixed confirmation message.
   • Delete this condition by selecting it and clicking the trash icon.
3. Save and Test:
   • Save your changes.
   • Test the system to ensure AI confirms appointments directly when enabled.

Key Considerations

• Dynamic Confirmation with AI: Allows the AI to personalize confirmation messages based on the prompt you set. All bots will follow this rule if you choose this option.
• Fixed Confirmation Messages: Keeps the existing workflow, sending a pre-defined confirmation message for all appointments.
