GHL Project Delivery Checklist:

  1. Verify if the sub-account is active in GoHighLevel
  2. Ensure client verification (KYC or required onboarding) is complete
  3. Integrate the use of branded domain throughout the system (one of the first things that should be done when building the system)
  4. Check DNS settings – SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration
  5. Confirm A2P 10DLC registration and verification is completed (both steps)
  6. Check if calendars are integrated and linked to Google account for all members of the subaccount. If not, please ensure Marcus is scheduled with the subaccount user to setup linking.
  7. Ensure proper naming convention for workflows and assets
  8. Ensure all workflows/automations are properly organized in folders
  9. Ensure all media assets/images are stored in a dedicated folder in the Media Storage of their LaunchPad
  10. Check if lead source is dynamic (via UTM) and not hardcoded (e.g., 'Landing Page', ‘Angi Leads’, etc.)
  11. Verify tags and triggers are used consistently across flows
  12. Double-check time zone settings for appointments and automations. For outreach automation, please ensure we only communicate during appropriate hours (8am-7pm in the customer timezone) in each automations settings.
  13. Confirm pipeline stages are mapped correctly and match business process. Ensure we have a Qualified Appointment stage, a stage that represents when an offer is made, and a stage that represents when money is collected.
  14. DO NOT hard code funnel flows using URL. ALWAYS use “next step” “go to step” etc to ensure the system functions as it is designed.
  15. Check if SMS is included in the flow (ensure at least 1–2 SMS if the automation is tied to revenue eg. webinar, sales meetings, etc.)
  16. Monitor email volume – consider using multiple mailboxes if necessary
  17. Proofread landing pages for spelling and grammar issues leveraging Ai (ChatGPT or other) GET FEEDBACK if the language sounds natural of if there is optimizing left to do.
  18. Proofread all email content for spelling and grammar issues (Leverage Ai to ensure fluent and clear language. ALL communications should sound natural and not directly our of an Ai.)
  19. Verify email deliverability (check if going to Promotions tab)
